Federico Grumo joined ALDA as Project Manager Junior in the Skopje Office for the Universal Civil Service programme of Italy.
His background is in Theatre and Music, in particular he studied at the Sapienza University in Rome and at University of Bologna, where he graduated in Musicology.
After his Master’s degree, he started working in many important Italian Opera Theatres as Stage Manager, Assistant Director and Production Assistant.
In that pivotal position, he was the reference point for all the people involved in the show, from the technicians to the artists. Moreover, he followed many important projects collaborating with international teams and important artists of the cultural panorama.
