ALDA is hiring a Grant Manager for its office in Skopje (North Macedonia), starting January 2025. The role involves preparing and coordinating grant programs, monitoring their effectiveness, managing budgets, maintaining communication with grantees, and ensuring accurate reporting. Candidates should have a university degree, at least two years of experience in grant management, and fluency in English and a Western Balkans language. Experience with budgeting and implementing CSO development grant schemes is essential. The initial contract is for 12 months, renewable based on performance.
