Objective: The global objective of this call for proposals is to empower civil society organisations and to support their efforts to promote, protect, and ensure the full enjoyment of human rights in the context of digital transformation.
The specific objectives of this call for proposals are:
1. Promoting use of technology as a tool to monitor and report human rights violations and improvement of public service provision;
2. Promoting innovative approaches in addressing participation in decision-making, accountability and transparency and building connections and share ideas;
3. Promoting cooperation between all relevant stakeholders, and in particular the building of partnerships between governments, civil society and technology companies.
