Joint call for proposal: Human Rights & Democracy programme and CSO programme in Mongolia 2025 (EuropeAid/183529/DD/ACT/MN)

Deadline of the call – 03/04/2025 at 23:00 (Brussels time)

Location: Mongolia

Objective: This is a combined call for proposals and has two lots: Lot 1. Human Rights and Democracy; Lot 2. Civil Society Organisations.

The specific objectives of the Lot 1:

• Specific objective 1: Protecting and empowering individuals: to contribute to the full enjoyment by every person of all human rights, be they civil, political, economic, social or cultural rights. 
• Specific objective 2: Safeguarding fundamental freedoms, including harnessing the opportunities and addressing the challenges of new technologies: to create and maintain an environment conducive to the full exercise of all fundamental freedoms, online and offline. 

The overall objective of the Lot 2 of this call for proposals is to strengthen CSOs in Mongolia as independent actors of good governance and development in their own right, to contribute to an inclusive, participatory, empowered, and independent civil society and democratic space in partner countries and an inclusive and open dialogue with and between Civil Society Organisations.
