European Elections Night Watch Party
The European Elections taking place between 6-9 June are just around the corner. Taking part in one of the biggest democratic processes is not only an exciting opportunity but also a large responsibility. More than 450 million citizens from 27 different countries are going to decide the future of Europe together in the coming days.
In this context, Stand Up for Europe is organising a European Elections Night Watchparty on Sunday, June 9 in Brussels. We will be checking the exit poll results in real-time from all across Europe, discussing the role of citizens in shaping EU policies and celebrating together a memorable event in an informal atmosphere starting at 19h30. The drinks, music and snacks are on us!
Our initiative is designed for young individuals, civil society organizations, youth associations, policymakers and all European citizens who are eager to actively contribute to shaping the future of Europe.
This event is part of the Forward EU project, aiming to cultivate a sense of belonging to the EU, increasing young people’s willingness to participate in decision-making processes, and building awareness and understanding for the EU’s role and impact within local communities.
