Opening Local Democracy Agency Kharkiv

ALDA will open a new Local Democracy Agency in Kharkiv, Ukraine within the 20th Congress of Regions of France in Strasbourg.

For LDA Kharkiv Region and its partners, the Congress presents a significant opportunity to engage with European counterparts, share experiences, and forge new collaborations. The highlight of Kharkiv’s participation will be the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with French partners, solidifying a partnership that aims to enhance regional cooperation and development efforts.
