Eylül is a Business Administration graduate from the Middle East Technical University (METU) with extensive experience in international development and project management, primarily focused on rights-based initiatives and capacity-building programmes. Her career began with an internship in EU-funded projects, focusing on supporting Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and their advocacy efforts. This experience led her to roles in both programme and project management, where she contributed to initiatives aimed at empowering marginalised groups, including women leaders and migrant communities, through targeted training and support services. She has solid experience in donor-funded projects that foster financial literacy and economic empowerment.
Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in European and Global Studies with a specialisation in Global Social Policies and Security Issues at the University of Padova. Eylül joined ALDA’s Vicenza office in October 2024 as a Project Manager Assistant in the Environment & Climate Hub.
Eylül is a Turkish native speaker, proficient in English and eager to learn Italian.
