Sara Rancani joined the ALDA team in December 2024 as a Project Manager Assistant.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Conflicts, Strategic Studies, and Foreign Policy Analysis from the University of Perugia and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Human Rights from the University of Padua.
Driven by a strong interest in international cooperation, human rights, and cultural exchange, Sara has spent time abroad in three different countries—Sweden, France, and Panama. She participated in an Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Franche-Comté in France and at Dalarna University in Sweden, focusing on topics such as human rights and sustainability. During her internship at the Italian Embassy in Panama, she gained valuable insight into diplomacy and international relations. Additionally, her voluntary experience at a non-profit organisation in Verona allowed her to further nurture her passion for impactful, community-driven initiatives.
She is a native Italian speaker. She is fluent in English and has a good level of French.
