In February 2025, a series of three information sessions were held for accommodation, food service, and tourism-related operators from the areas along the Alta Via della Grande Guerra (AVGG) – a historical trail of approximately 200 km connecting the four Ossuaries of the Province of Vicenza: Pasubio, Cimone, Asiago, and Grappa, all symbolic sites of the First World War. More information about the route is available at avgg.provincia.vicenza.it.

Organised by ALDA+ with the support of local Mountain Unions, the meetings aimed to present a regional call for small and medium-sized enterprises supporting the creation of Business Networks to establish tourism product clubs. The project promoted by ALDA+ seeks to create the Alta Via della Grande Guerra Product Club, designed to enhance the tourism offer of the area with dedicated packages for hikers, mountain lovers, and history and nature enthusiasts.

The first event took place on 17 February 2025 in Arsiero, at the headquarters of the Unione Montana Alto Astico, and was attended by a large and engaged audience. The following day, on 18 February, the second meeting was held in Schio, at the Civil Protection headquarters, with the support of the Unione Montana Pasubio Piccole Dolomiti. The series concluded in Asiago on 20 February, at the headquarters of the Unione Montana Spettabile Reggenza dei Sette Comuni.

Across all three events, strong interest was expressed by local stakeholders in the opportunities presented by the project, which is seen as a strategic lever for the tourism and economic development of the Vicentine Prealps. In addition to strengthening the connection with historical memory and natural heritage, the creation of the Product Club offers small and medium-sized enterprises a valuable chance to access new markets, including at the international level, by building networks and developing an integrated and sustainable tourism offer.
