Deborah joined ALDA’s Programmes and Development Unit as a Junior Project Developer in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste, which is followed by a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance completed at the University of Padua.
Before joining ALDA, she worked for the International Organization for Migration, Country Office of Hungary. For one year, she supported the Programme related to the Ukrainian crisis response by developing projects among other responsibilities. Her career path also includes campaign implementation, non-formal education, digital marketing in the field of development, youth, and migration.
She is fluent in Italian and English, meanwhile she has a working knowledge of Spanish and an intermediate level of French.
