Emma Carboni joined ALDA’s Brussels office in July 2024 as Civil Service Project Developer Assistant.
She’s currently getting her bachelor degree in Social, Political and International Sciences with the University of Bologna. She also spent an academic year at SciencesPo Lyon with Erasmus+ through which she refined her French speaking skills.
Last year, before joining ALDA, she completed a two-semester course on International Cooperation and Voluntary work in her hometown of Modena, Italy, which introduced her to the field of project development.
She’s incredibly passionate about women’s and minorities’ rights, disability, accessibility and intersectionality, making her part of ALDA’s Gender Inclusion and Human Rights Hub.
