Working as an administrative, logistical and financial assistant at ALDA, Fatma has 19 years of experience in administration, including three years working in the non-profit sector. She has a Master’s degree in New Information Technologies, A Master’s degree in accounting and financial techniques, and several certifications in computer management. After starting as an accountant, she took up broader responsibilities running a small IT services company for ten years. The Tunisian revolution was a defining moment for Fatma’s interest in the associative work. Taking up responsibilities in several NGOs voluntarily, she decided to switch careers by working for Handicap International on two EU funded projects in Tunisia. Passionate about Art, communication, and translation. She introduces touches of what she is passionate about in her everyday work, which gives more appeal to her work and meaning to her life.
Fatma follows also the Project “AUTREMENT” – Aménagement Urbain du Territoire pour REinventer les Mobilités et ENgager les Tunisiens: to her “AUTREMENT is not a project, it’s a lifestyle!”.
