In ALDA, she is working as Assistant Project Developer in the Skopje office through Italian Civil Service.
Tea holds a bachelor’s degree in Political, Social and International Sciences from the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, during which she spent six months at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest (Romania) through an Erasmus project.
She then holds a joint master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Research and Studies on Eastern Europe (MIREES) at the University of Bologna together with the University of Zagreb and the University of Kaunas. During her master’s degree, she undertook compulsory mobility at the Comenius University of Bratislava in Slovakia.
In the course of her studies, she focused particularly on topics such as democracy and democratic backsliding in Visegrád Countries. In addition, she has been volunteering for several years for a local animal protection association in Bologna.
Tea is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English. She has a basic knowledge of Russian, Romanian and Slovak language.
