Starting in January 2021, the EGAL 2 project (Egalité de Genre dans l’Action Locale /Gender Equality in Local Action) is aimed at enhancing the living conditions of women in the Tétouan province in Morocco.

This report focuses especially on the three events entitled: “Gender inclusive participatory activities”; “GRB a tool for equality in local public action” and “Coaching in female leadership”. From a general perspective, this project, based on the results achieved by “EGAL” project, pursued the path towards a greater inclusion of the gender dimension in local policies, empowering local elected women in leadership skills and gender-sensitive budgeting
