ALDA has undertaken a pivotal initiative to reinforce and foster diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the workplace and in its external relations. 

To this purpose, a Gender Equality & Anti-Discrimination Committee has been instituted, whose functions are, among others, to monitor the advancement of our commitment to equality, and to contribute useful input to related issues.
